  • chevron_rightI am a new resident. How do get access to amenities and website?

  • chevron_rightHow do I reset my password?
    Use the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the Login page; or the link provided in your "Welcome" email when you were registered.
     
    When you click on the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login page, you should receive a reset email within 5-10 minutes.  It is good for 3 hours. 
     
    If for any reason you do not receive the email: 
     
    (1) check your email TRASH and SPAM folders, (2) add "noreply@bridgemillsc.org" to your contacts and (3) try again. 
     
    • After a second try, send us a message via our Contact Us form. Use Send To:  "Website Questions / Login Issues"
     
  • chevron_rightI am a resident. How do I get a Login ID for the website?
    One owner in each home or townhouse has been designated the Primary User who registers the residents in their household.  Any adult or child 16+ who lives in the household can be registered.  Reach out to the primary owner and they should be able to set you up. The primary owner can find instructions below by logging in and clicking on "FAQs for Owners".
     
    Household members have limited access to web site features based on their relationship to the primary user.
     
  • chevron_rightHow do I change my email address to a new one I am now using?
    In order to change to a new email address you may have to change both your User Name and the email address field.  This is done by updating "Your Profile".
     
    To make this change you must Login first.
     
     
    1.      Click on Your Profile on the upper right side of Home Page
    2.      Click on Change User Name
    3.      If Your Current User Name is your old email, either:
    a.      Change it to your new email address; or
    b.      Change it to something else, such as first and last name (e.g. JaneDoe)
    c.      Hit Submit.
    4.      Click on Update Profile to change your email address.
    5.      Change the Email Address field.
    6.      If desired, add an Optional 2nd Email.  It should be a different one.
    7.      Hit Save
     
    Note: Remember to use your new User Name next time you login.
