Welcome, we are excited to have you as a neighbor of BridgeMill! This guide offers reliable information to help you settle in, connect with our community, and begin feeling at home. You can find the latest HOA news, community calendar, event registration, amenity details, court reservations and contact information.

BridgeMill Citizens Assembly partners with CAMS for our property management needs. Our neighborhood website will direct to the CAMS Connects Portal where homeowners can submit an ARC or service request. The portal also provides access for HOA billing and payments, governing documents, articles of incorporation and Bylaws.

New Owners / Residents - Get access to HOA payment portal, BridgeMill website and amenities

Once the closing attorney provides all the closing documents, our property manager will work through the process with the new owners to give them access to the portals and amenities. Any questions reach out to the website Contact Us form.

1. Register with CAMS- If your closing attorney provided CAMS with an email address and valid mailing address, you will receive an email with login instruction from CAMS. If you did not receive an email, please register with us @ portal.camsmgt.com and click on Sign Up. Submit only once and allow up to 24 hours to receive your login credentials.

2. Set up access to BridgeMill website for primary owner.

3. Enable fobs, left by previous owner, or received at closing, for pool, tennis court and excercise room access

If you are renting your residence, the owner will notify the property manager with the names and contact info so the tenants can be set up.

How to file for your SC primary residence

If you have purchased a primary residence and want to apply for the Legal Residence Discount
with the Assessor’s Office. Follow the steps to qualify for the property tax discount

You may apply by submitting an application online, in person in the Assessor's office or you may
download an application from our website to print and bring into the office. You must provide a valid
South Carolina Drivers License or S.C. State identification card with photograph and a copy of all
vehicle registrations for all vehicles owned.
