Amenities (4 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to governing and upkeep of the HOA’s amenities
 

Architectural Review (4 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to ensuring compliance with HOA Rules by reviewing homeowner submitted Architectural Review Forms 
 

Communications (3 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist in managing communications methods as designated by the Board including a website and other communication channels
 

Compliance (3 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to enforcing the HOA’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs), Bylaws, and Architectural Guidelines 
 

Finance (3 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to governing the Association in a fiscally responsible
 

Landscaping (1 member)

Responsibilities:  Assisting the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to the governing and upkeep of the HOA’s landscaping 
 

Pool (4 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to the governing and upkeep of the HOA’s pools
 

Safety (5 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to the governing and safety of the HOA, their property and the property held by the HOA 
 

Social (6 members)

Responsibilities:  Assist the HOA’s board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities related to the governing of any HOA sponsored social events
